Strata1 Property Services (“Strata1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independently owned business. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit strata1.store, request a quote, create a business account, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business or strata name, job title, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, property and site details, order and quote history, communications, and technical information such as your IP address, browser type and website activity. Payment information is handled by our payment service providers; Strata1 does not store your complete payment-card number.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, coordinate installation or service, administer business accounts, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain site security, meet accounting and legal requirements, and improve our products and services. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Service providers and partner companies

We may share only the information reasonably required with commerce, payment, hosting, database, email, delivery and professional-service providers that support our operations. When installation or field service is requested, relevant site and contact details may be shared with qualified partner companies that perform or coordinate that work. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, safeguards and retention

Some service providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, warranty and record-keeping obligations.
