Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the strata1.store website and purchases, quotes and service requests made through Strata1 Property Services (“Strata1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independently owned business. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at checkout and these Terms and Conditions.
Products, pricing and quotations
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, delivery, installation and other disclosed charges are additional. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for identification and may show optional features. Measurements, finishes, compatibility and site suitability must be confirmed before ordering. Quotes are valid only for the period stated and may be revised if scope, quantities, site conditions or supplier costs change.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or begin fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order because of pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, supplier restrictions or inability to deliver. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded. Payment is processed securely by our payment service providers.
Availability, delivery and risk
Availability and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. We will disclose the available delivery method, destination and expected supply date in the order or quote. Please inspect deliveries promptly. Report visible damage, shortages or an incorrect item within two business days and retain the packaging and photographs. Risk of loss transfers on delivery to the address in the confirmed order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Installation and site services
Installation and field services are provided or coordinated through qualified partner companies. A product purchase does not include installation unless the quote or order expressly says so. The customer must provide accurate site information, safe and reasonable access, required approvals, suitable utilities and a work area free of undisclosed hazards. Concealed conditions, hazardous materials, after-hours requirements, permits, engineering and work outside the agreed scope may require a revised price and schedule.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Contact us before returning any item. A return request for a standard, unused and unopened stock product must be made within 30 days after delivery. Every return requires prior manufacturer approval and a return authorization. An approved return is subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly.
Custom orders and custom-manufactured, cut-to-size, specially ordered, configured or installed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For those items, the available remedy is warranty service under the applicable manufacturer or written workmanship warranty. Services already performed and non-refundable supplier charges are not returnable. These terms do not limit cancellation, refund, warranty or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are passed through to the customer according to their terms. Contact us promptly with the product, order number, issue and supporting photographs. Installation workmanship will be addressed under the written service scope or partner warranty supplied for that work.
Acceptable website use
You may use this website only for lawful business and purchasing purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse another person’s account or copy site content except for ordinary purchasing and evaluation.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Strata1 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from delays, product misuse, inaccurate site information, unauthorized modifications or work outside an agreed scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
